Refund policy

In accordance with the provisions of Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018 and its Executive Regulations, and due to the special nature of items (Watches), returns or exchanges are strictly prohibited unless a manufacturing defect or non-conformity is found within 30 days of delivery. Eligible returns require proof of a manufacturing defect, and the watch must be in its original condition, with all accessories, brand packaging, and protective stickers intact.
